As our Quality Control Senior Analyst – AML, you'll play a key part in helping us mitigate Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (ML/TF) risks.
You'll do this by supporting the application of policy, procedure, and standards across operational activity, ensuring alignment with AML/CTF legislation and compliance requirements.
You'll be working closely with the QC Manager and supporting our analysts to uphold the highest standards across Financial Crime Operations (FCO) duties.
From sampling and control testing to reporting and coaching, you'll be involved in the full spectrum of QC initiatives.
You'll also have a seat at the table in forums and uplift activities, helping shape how we evolve our approach to financial crime risk.
As a Senior Analyst, you'll work closely with the QC Manager to uphold our quality standards across a range of business groups.
You'll be involved in sampling, assurance over work completed by QC Analysts, reporting, forums, control testing, 4 eye checks and making sure the daily activities of the QC team are running smoothly.
This role is all about collaboration, precision, and making a meaningful impact.
You'll be engaging with stakeholders across AML Operations, Fraud and Scam Operations, Financial Crime Compliance, Risk & Assurance, and KYC Operations—so relationship-building and clear communication are key.
About You You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a wealth of experience in financial crime and quality control.
Experience in QC in FCO is a must, alongside a strong experience in AML/CTF compliance, transaction monitoring and suspicious matter reporting (SMR).
Experience in customer due diligence, sanctions screening, TTRs, IFTIs, and fraud investigations is desirable but not necessary.
You're not just technically strong—you're also a natural coach and communicator.
You know how to deliver feedback that's constructive and actionable, and you're passionate about helping others grow.
You're proactive, emotionally intelligent, and always looking for ways to improve processes and uplift team engagement.
You're confident advising senior leaders on complex matters.
