**The Firm**
Our client is a highly regarded boutique law firm located in Melbourne’s West. They are proud to offer a down-to-earth, collaborative and supportive culture.
**The Opportunity**
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fantastic property team as a Legal Secretary. You will work closely with the senior partners, lawyers and conveyancers in the property team.
**Some of your duties will include;**
- Opening and closing files
- Preparation of Letters of Engagement
- Diary management
- Preparation of commercial documents
- Preparing Contract of Sale and S32 Statements
- Monthly billing
- Property searches
- PPSR searches
- Company Searches
- Assist lawyers with other general administration duties.
**About You**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have up to 2 + years’ experience in property law with conveyancing experience.
