- This role is with one of Australia's largest insurance brands, that has a reputation of being a great place to work. - In this role, you will be a compliance risk expert, sitting within a line 1 function of operational risk professionals supporting the sales, marketing and underwriting segments. You will identify compliance and regulatory risks and work with the business to ensure those risks are mitigated through operationalising compliance plans. You will make sure your business stakeholders respond to line 2 compliance when regulatory information requests come through, help embed compliance risks within risk profiles and map key controls to the compliance and regulatory obligations.
- It is a key role - helping to link operational risk and compliance obligations, ensuring the functions you support are protected from every kind of risk.
- You will be interacting at GM level down to analyst and working within a team and a manager that have worked for the same business for 15 + years and are experts in this domain.
- You will be leading a team of 1, that is likely to grow next year.
