**Responsibilities**:
We currently have an opening for an
**Electrical Engineer** to join our growing team and office and play an active role in the management of clients and projects, ensuring that we continue to provide a quality service in parallel with the growth of the office and electrical engineering team.
**The role will require an individual who has at least 4 years’ of local experience in electrical engineering within the Building Services field.** The position includes a career pathway in numerous roles in both local, regional and international markets if desired.

The principal responsibility of the Electrical Engineer will be to provide technical consultancy services to clients of the firm as well as providing technical excellence whilst working on Integral Group projects. The Electrical Engineer is also expected to work effectively in engineering teams for both single and multidisciplinary projects.

The applicant shall:

- Have an understanding and had exposure to the various phases of building construction planning, design and delivery.
- Be technically capable and have basic experience in preparing engineering services related specifications, sketches and computer drawings, technical advice.
- Possess an understanding of industrial codes, standards and guidelines in relation to Electrical Services Design, including BCA and Australian Standards.
- Be proficient in the use of a range of relevant computer software programs to achieve technical outcomes.
- Be a good communicator.
- Be eligible to work permanently in Australia.

Qualifications:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Relevant engineering qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum four years of electrical services engineering (mandatory).
- Have some exposure to Healthcare, Laboratory and Tertiary sectors and projects (desirable).

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels and across diverse positions.
- Adapts communication style, tone and information to suit the audience. Listens carefully and seeks clarification to ensure understanding.
