**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a full time experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting Venue Management in maintaining the consistency, integrity and quality of all beverage served in the venue at all times. In addition, you will be responsible for stock control, ordering, staff training and venue opening and closing procedures including cashing up.

**About You**

Experience is essential so you will have at least 2 years experience as a cocktail bartender and be committed to delivering exceptional service. In addition you will have:

- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- A commitment to providing personable and memorable service experiences for each of our members and their guests
- Strong work ethic, self motivated and a “can do” attitude towards all tasks
- An understanding of classic cocktail recipes and experience with creating and making cocktails
- Strong spirit, wine and beer knowledge (or demonstrate a genuine desire to learn)
- An interest in working as part of a close team and maintaining and contributing to our fun, supportive and professional workplace culture.
- Friday and Saturday evening availability
- Current Victorian RSA

- Hawthorn East V, IC 3123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cocktail Bartending: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:
