We are looking for an experienced and passionate bartender to join the team at Young’s Wine Rooms. This is an exciting time to be a part of Eastern Grace Group as we continue to expand.

**A bit about us**:
Youngs Wine Rooms is an exuberant, fast-paced restaurant with a strong focus on wine. Located in the former auction rooms on Camberwell Road, the restaurant brings a slice of the Mediterranean to the heart of Camberwell. Young’s offers a variety of dining experiences, from intimate dates to large functions and events, it is a place for all occasions.

**A bit about you**:

- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Valid RSA Certificate
- Must be able and willing to work weekends and late nights
- Strong cocktail, beer & spirit knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Coffee making skills

**We are looking for experienced bartenders who will be responsible for**:

- Working closely with the bar team and wait staff to ensure a quality guest experience
- Preparing Young’s signature cocktails as well as the classics
- General cleaning responsibilities such as washing and polishing glassware
- Assisting in the set-up and pack-down of the venue
- Assist with stock control
- Suggest new creative cocktail recipes

**Salary**: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawthorn East, VIC 3123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

- Australia (required)
