**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Experienced Professionals**: You have significant experience supporting clients with complex care needs, including manual handling, hoisting, and transfers.
**Qualified & Certified**: Essential qualifications include a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), a current National Police Check, and a First Aid/CPR Certificate. Nursing and Paramedicine students are also encouraged to apply
**Additional Requirements**: A valid driver’s licence, NDIS Workers Screening Card, Blue Card, and Right to Work in Australia.
**Compassionate & Reliable**: You bring warmth, empathy, and a strong commitment to client-centered care.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Personal Care & ADLs**: Assist clients with daily living tasks, hygiene, and mobility support.
- **Community Access & Transportation**: Help clients maintain independence and social connections.
- **Domestic Support**: Light cleaning, meal preparation, and household assistance.
- **Companionship**: Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

**Location & Benefits**:
**Where You’ll Work**: We provide care across Ferny Hills, Ashgrove, Everton Park and surrounding areas. A willingness to travel with own car is desirable.
**Competitive Pay**: Earn $39.55 per hour + 11.5% superannuation. We also reimburse travel costs between shifts and during shifts.

**Qualifications**:
Certificate III Individual Support/Ageing Support/Disability or equivalent (Nursing and Paramedicine students are encouraged to apply).
