**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experienced in High Care**
Confident in supporting clients with complex needs, including manual handling, hoisting, and transfers.
- **Qualified**
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), valid First Aid & CPR certificates, and a current National Police Check.
- **Additional Requirements**- Valid Driver’s Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Card & Blue Card
- Right to Work in Australia
- (Nursing and Paramedicine students are encouraged to apply)_
- **Compassionate & Reliable**

**Your Role**
- **Personal Care & ADLs**
Support with hygiene, mobility, and daily living needs.
- **Community Engagement**
Assist clients with outings, appointments, and social connections.
- **Home Support**
Light domestic assistance such as cleaning and meal prep.
- **Companionship**
Build meaningful relationships and emotional support with clients.
