**About the role**

You will draw on previous experience to succeed in the role to lead our growing company's factory. Also, your duties will include all aspects of manufacturing jobs such as cutting, assembling, loading and unloading, site activities and assisting the team with buildings facades products. This role will require manual handling and hand power tools experience. And, you will be working in the factory but occasionally sites attendance would be required. You will need to work independently as well as a part of a team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong work ethic, be reliable and having at least some of the following:

- Leading factory staffs capability
- Welding experience, Aluminium & Steel
- Sheet metal work experience
- Previous experience with metal cutting equipments & hand tools
- Be able to read drawings
- Australian Driver's Licence & White Card
- Have full-time working rights within Australia
- Good attention to detail with can-do attitude

Having forklift drive experience would be highly desirable.
