The factory operates 24/7 we are currently looking 2 night shift team leader for the production and packaging line. **What will you do?** **Production and Packaging Line Team Leader** The production line Team Leader will work alongside with bakery, freezer and pastry sections ensuring all production operations is running smoothly to achieve business objectives. - Able to set up production lines - Able to work as a line supervisor - Organise the production staff - Perform regular quality checks - Assisting in training new staff - Ensuring all products meet the food safety standards - Following GMP personal hygiene and safe manufacturing practices **Who Are You?** You need to be assertive, take direction and collaborate well with the management team. You are the focal point in ensuring all production meets their targets.
