**Your responsibilities will include**:

- The Aircraft Life Support Fitter Maintenance Manager serves as a manager, overseeing the correct fitting, maintenance, and operational airworthiness of aeronautical life support equipment within the Defence environment. This involves leading a team of maintenance professionals, conducting aircrew training, and fostering a safe aviation maintenance culture.

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

- The ability to hold authorisations of II and Maintenance Manager
- Certificate III in Aeroskills (Aircraft Life Support and Furnishing) or Certificate IV in Aeronautical Life Support Equipment.
- Ideally you will have experience in an Army Aviation unit as a maintenance manager.

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
