Christ Church Grammar School is a non-selective school for boys (PK-12) in Claremont, Perth, Australia. The academic performance of Christ Church boys’ consistently places graduates amongst the top schools in Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and professional Music Administration Assistant to join our Music Department commencing as soon as is practicable.

The Music Administration Assistant is responsible to the Director of Music and assists with the day-to-day administrative support of the extensive music program. Applicants will possess advanced MS Office skills. Logical and lateral thinking skills coupled by exceptional organisational, time management and record keeping skills will ensure your success in this position.

You will be employed during term time and will be required to commence work two weeks prior to the commencement of students in Term 1 and on the professional development days at the start of each term. Your final day for the year will be two weeks after the boys finish.

All staff are expected to be enthusiastic professionals and to be in sympathy with the ethos of an Anglican boys’ school.
