Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible to manage a variety of marketing activities within the Decorating Preparation portfolio for Selleys. This portfolio is one of the largest in the Selleys ANZ Business and drives some of our heartland brands.

This is role is based out of Padstow.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Support marketing activities required across the portfolio
- Support the new product development process
- Ensure all related information is communicated between the Marketing and Sales Head Office team, and the national sales field team
- Development of launch materials
- Support the sales team with sales promotions and collateral
- Provide consumer insights, assist in the development of brand strategies, review the innovation pipeline and develop plans to engage field sales team, customers and consumer segments
- Develop & launch ANZ specific SKUs
- Maintenance of the base business Decorating Preparation portfolio

**What you will bring and develop**:
You are energetic, positive and have ‘can-do’ attitude. You will need the ability to work independently and proactively with a diverse group of stakeholders including sales and creative teams. Ideally you can demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing related environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work in the large and complex environment
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related field
