Due to a large pipeline of works, we are looking for a** Civil Foreman **or** Leading Hand **who has a solid understanding and experience in Civil Construction, ideally residential subdivisions, and is ready to take the next step in their career.** **This position will support projects in the** Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast Regions,** depending on your location.

You’ll be responsible for the supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors, ensuring a high standard of quality, safety and adherence to all project specifications is maintained. You will promote a positive team culture and deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman on Civil Construction Projects
- knowledge and experience in Bulk Earthworks, Pipework, Road Construction & concreting
- ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
