Big Ass Fans Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed and shipped on a timely basis, reporting into the finance manager. They will also be a mentor and point of first contact for other warehouse team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prints Labelling for shipments, packages and loading them onto carriers with a customer and cost-effective mindset
- Able to operate and manage material handling equipment such as but not limited to, forklifts, reach lifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and roll carts.
- Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned
- Physically receive shipments in a timely manner from carrier containers into the warehouse
- Counting of goods received against packing slips to ensure the accuracy of goods received
- Receiving shipments into the system and accurately put into bin locations throughout warehouse
- Scan required documentation to finance team once shipments have been received and counted
- Cycle count as required by the company with a 95% accuracy target
- Maintain a presentable, clean net, and orderly work area
- Strong ability to maintain and systematically improve the warehouse
- Follows and sets an example for safety and security procedures
- Reports potentially unsafe conditions and security issues promptly to the manager
- Ability to maintain positive work relationships with employees and external contacts
- Punctual attendance of work is essential with flexibility to work paid overtime as required
- Follow and adhere to all ISO procedures and work instructions
- Training of new employees
