**Inside Sales - Supervisor**
Anixter | WESCO is seeking a professional Supervisor to lead our NSW Inside Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and support the internal sales activities to optimise levels of service, productivity and quality.

This role is based in Silverwater, NSW with the potential to move to a hybrid arrangement as you complete your probation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide supervision of the Inside Sales team of 5-6
- Coach and mentor the team on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette
- Create, review and implement internal processes
- Manages team workload distribution
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development
- Maintain some strategic account responsibility
- Co-ordinate with key stakeholders including outside sales, inventory management, warehouse and supply partners to deliver outcomes for customers
- Maintain records of pricings, sales and activity reports
- Maintain contact with clients in market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- People management and relationship building skills
- Highly process driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Technical aptitude with the ability to learn products and offer product solutions
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

Due to our large product portfolio, industry experience or knowledge (e.g. structured cabling, comms, AV or electronic security) is preferred.
