Due to continuing growth, we are looking for **Street Sweeper Operators **to show their prowess as prompt, efficient and safety focussed drivers in both Day and Nightshift. A **number of roles** are being currently offered in this expanding environmental company.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking mature, reliable people for the position of Road & Site Sweeper Operator who will work in and around the suburbs of Melbourne.

No sweeping experience necessary - we will train you

**Main Responsibilities of the Role**
- Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled
- Performing any general labouring duties that may be required
- Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers
- The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required
- Performing all required start-up, wash-down end of shift and routine maintenance procedures

**To be great at this role, you**:

- Have a current Victorian MR licence or higher.
- Must have minimum of 12 months Truck driving experience or if no/mínimal sweeping experience, bring a willingness to be trained.
- Are happy and willing to work varied & flexible hours, including overtime & weekend work; this is essential.
- Are able to work independently and use sound judgment whilst maintaining a company driven focus.
- Bring strong practical time management skills.
- Display a sense of urgency with punctuality and reliability.
- Have the ability to follow instructions and comply with safe work methods.
- Are willing to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen.
- Can work and learn in a team environment and build and maintain strong relationships with teammates.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and high quality of work.
