My Flex Health are one of the leading Western Australia owned and operated healthcare companies with over 20 years of experience. We provide a diverse range of staff to Hospitals, Aged Care Facilities and to clients within their own home.
- **What is involved in this role?**_

We have a variety of day and evening shifts available, 7 days a week. You will be providing exceptional, person-centred care to enhance the lives of our disability clients in the comfort of their home. Responsibilities include personal care, cooking, cleaning, transport services and social support / assistance for clients to engage in community activities.

**Location**:You will be matched to clients according to where you live in the Mandurah and Rockingham areas.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A Valid Driver’s licence
- Reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Orientation
- Current Working with Children Check (preferred)
- Criminal Clearance Record Screen (or willing to obtain)
- Current Manual Handling
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Medication Administration
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations and current Influenza vaccination
