**About the Role**:
Reporting to the GM Customer Strategy and Marketing, you will execute and deliver personalised strategies aimed at engaging our brokers and partners. This role demands a leader who is not only obsessed with understanding and meeting customer needs but also possesses a strong commercial mindset, excels in leading multidisciplinary teams, and has a profound expertise in leveraging marketing technology for executional excellence.
**Other key aspects of the role**:
- Maximise the value of our customer data platforms, CRM systems, marketing technology (Salesforce and Adobe), and performance analytics software.
- Managing and motivating multidisciplinary teams, fostering an agile and collaborative work environment that prioritizes swift execution and continuous improvement.
- Leading the hands-on execution and operational delivery of personalized 1:1 marketing campaigns, ensuring strategies are transformed into effective actions that achieve retention and cross-sell objectives.
- Implementing customer-focused initiatives, using data-driven insights to tailor marketing efforts that resonate on an individual level, driving engagement and loyalty.
- Obtaining advanced analytics and customer insights to guide executional strategies, ensuring decisions are informed by solid data and lead to measurable success.
- Implementing the latest marketing technologies to streamline campaign execution, automate personalized engagements, and track performance in real-time.
- Collaborating with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a unified approach to customer retention and cross-selling, enhancing overall execution and delivery.
**Important to your success**:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of marketing experience, with a significant emphasis on direct-to-customer marketing, retention strategies, and campaign execution.
- Demonstrable experience in leading the execution and delivery of marketing strategies, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Solid commercial acumen, with a proven ability to directly link marketing execution to business outcomes and financial success.
- Experienced in leading and inspiring multidisciplinary teams in a high-paced environment, driving them towards executional excellence.
- Proficient in the use of customer data platforms, CRM systems, makreting automation tools, and performance analytics software.
- Deep Technical Expertise: Profound technical understanding of the Adobe AND salesforce suite of marketing tools, demonstrating a track record of leveraging these platforms to drive marketing innovation and efficiency.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization.
