About the Role - and mid-size property managers to Fortune 500 companies. - The mission for the Solution Architecture Manager is to enable the solution architecture team to deliver value to prospects and clients daily, increase execution capabilities, and keep the team engaged with intentional coaching and career development. First-line managers are 90% operational and 10% strategic. The Solutions Engineering team at MRI are product experts who serve as an extension of sales & customer success, supporting AEs/CSMs as a strategic resource in deal cycles to help secure and grow Annual Recurring Revenue [ARR]. - We build trust and confidence with customers by mapping use cases, business objectives and workflows back to the solutions we offer, and help inspire and drive innovative approaches to solving sales enablement challenges. - RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the solution architecture team with "Grit & Grace" - promote our culture every day. - Lead the team to deliver impactful solution demonstrations that tell a story of how MRI solves prospects' business problems. - Personally deliver demonstrations or assist in deal cycles where needed, but the focus is on enabling the team. - Stay aligned with sales leadership with a weekly cadence at a minimum and provide weekly data reporting to sales leadership. - Ensure coverage for all solutions sold in the region and avoid any single points of failure. - Meet or exceed an 80% engagement score for the team in Culture Amp Surveys. - Execute the team's strategic initiatives and proactively provide quarterly impact reports to review each quarter and quarterly plans to advance the business for the coming quarter. - Develop a succession plan and develop leadership skills across the team. - Act as a technical resource for the MRI sales team from qualification to successful close of the sale. - Be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to assigned deals, prospective clients and existing customers while ensuring customer WOW. - Learn the MRI solution set - specifically the Platform Management X, Horizon, and ProLease solutions to start, and any MRI solutions that integrate with those solutions. - Develop the capability to demonstrate the value of MRI solutions to prospects and clients at a high level within 45 business days. - Influence at least $250K of ARR [Annual Recurring Revenue] in a 12 month span. - Anticipate and address technical objections in the sales cycle. - Respond effectively to RFPs - Contribute directly to attaining or exceeding quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management - Performs all other duties as assigned **REQUIREMENTS**: - Knowledge and Skills: - Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP solutions - Exhibits passion and excitement over work. Brings new ideas to the company - Effectively develops collaborative working relationships in every direction - up to leadership, across to peer leadership, and down to the team - Creatively connects prospects' business outcomes and desired capabilities to MRI solutions. - Enable and Empower the team to grow and develop with - Understands how to capture, report, and extract insights from data to improve the team's and the business's performance. - Capable of interacting with and influencing C-level decision makers - Demonstrated ability to solve for improved business processes and work through complex technical problems - Willingness to work with mínimal direction as part of a team to solve technical and business challenges - Flexibility/adaptability. Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change. - BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable - Ability to travel as required, up to 60%, at times with mínimal notice, some required travel may be International - Preferred Qualifications: - Work experience in the real estate industry - Previous experience as a sales engineer for a SaaS, CRM, ERP and/or real estate software company - B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Accounting or equivalent work experience - Technical knowledge of MRI PropTech solutions, or the capabilities to learn those solutions within 6 months - About MRI Software
