We're on the look out for an energetic, suitably qualified, motivated Group Fitness Instructors

**The Role**

Do you love sharing your passion for Group Exercise? Do you thrive in an environment where you are supported, rewarded and encouraged to be your best?

Mill park Leisure has again been nominated for Health Club of the year and we are looking for group exercise instructors who love large classes and are committed to creating a fun, motivating experience for our members. If you are qualified and certified in Les Mills Tone, Bodystep, RPM or any other program we would love to catch up with you and see if we're a good fit for each other

You will have the ability to communicate and interact effectively with participants that have a diverse range of ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable member of the team.

Skills & Attributes:

- Bright, cheerful and encouraging when instructing and dealing with class participants
- Certificate III in Fitness
- Current fitness registration
- Plan and organise appropriate classes within the facility program timetable
- Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
- National Police Check
