**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to maximise sales opportunities.
- Uphold the company's commitment to a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness, reflecting their premium status.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through effective communication and leadership.

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in a management role within fashion or clothing retail.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team through collaboration and effective communication.
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortability with styling.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
