Reporting to the Business Development Manager & Director of Property Management, the position of Leasing Agent is a training focused, developmental role to gain on the job and in the field skills in the world of residential leasing with a future option for career progression.
Duties
- Client management & timely communication with tenants and prospective tenants
- Inspections of property to potential tenants
- Marketing preparation, property copy, and proofing of advertising
- Stay up to date with market trends
- Administration for the department
- Providing relevant and detailed feedback to property managers and landlords

**Requirements**:

- Current QLD Sales Registration Certificate is essential for this position
- Minimum 1 years’ experience working within leasing or property management
- Proven experience maintaining high levels of client care
- Administrative ability from prior positions
