We are on the hunt for an energetic **Assistant Store Manager **who loves the chase of a sale, has a passion for developing a team, who has a can-do & flexible attitude, and most importantly will want to create a fantastic shopping experience for our Customers. We are looking for an individual with at least a year’s management experience who is ready to take their career to the next level

The **Assistant Store Manager **role supports the Store & Regional Manager and have shared responsibility for the success of the store. It's going to be an incredibly busy but exciting role, where no two days will be the same. You be responsible for supporting the Manager with:

- Maximising Sales Growth by providing exceptional customer service
- Building Customer loyalty
- Leading and motivating your team to achieve targets and KPI's
- Lead, manage and supervise team by providing coaching, mentoring and training.
- Managing and achieve store KPI’s such as sales targets, wage budget and margin
- Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention
- Manage overall safety of the store by adhering to health and safety policies and standards.
