We are HERO SUSHI, the best sushi takeaway/restaurant in Australia

As we have 50 stores in Australia and it's all run by the head office.

We are expanding the business and growing up our business.

We are looking for a person who would like to grow up with Hero Sushi.

- WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STORE MANAGER

Here is the job description
- Position: Full time - Store manager
- Location: Eastgardens
- Hourly Rate (Adult, Before tax): $28.50 (weekdays) - $42.75 (weekend) + annual leave / sick leave + Superannuation 11%
- Depending on managing, and controlling the wage/food cost of your store, the incentive is paid also._
- If you work more than 38 hours, we will pay you with over time penalty rate. (1.5~2 times of normal hourly rate)_
- Working hours: 45 hours per week. 5 days working a week. Weekday - Weekend flexible roster.
- Duties: sushi making(nigiri, roll), keeping cleaning the store, selling sushi to customers, rostering staff schedule, ordering, etc

We are a busy and fast-paced store.

Like sushi making, and store managing.

**Salary**: $28.50 - $57.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
