**Position Objective**:

- The primary objective of the role is to support the successful implementation and delivery of the Duck Creek Software Solution for the client.

The role will include work with other Project teams within the Program, key ‘Business’ and Technology stakeholders and external Vendors to design and set up necessary environments and technical integrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
▪ The creation and establishment of the approved ‘Duck Creek environment’ as per the approved future state Technical Solution Design,

▪ Coordinating the ‘End to End’ testing of functional and non
- functional integrations. This effort will encompass working directly with external vendors to monitor and oversee Integration build and how and when to test them,

▪ Creating Project environments for Renewal, Data Migration, Penetration and Performance testing,

▪ Assisting in the procurement of Vendors and coordination of key activities such as the security review, Renewal, Data Migration, Penetration and Performance testing, Job Title Core Insurance - Technical Solution Lead Team, Department Connect Program

▪ Assisting with Data Migration and other Project implementation activities.

▪ 10 plus years of experience working in IT operations and projects

▪ Knowledge of data migration, data cleaning, analysis and visualization

▪ Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies ▪ Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
- Experience in programming languages such as C#,.NET, ASP.NET, Java
- Experience in developing on front end websites
- A strong understanding of SQL Server and back-end programming.
- A solid understanding of XML and related technologies (SOAP, REST, HTTP etc) and related programming languages.
- The following experience would be an advantage to the role, but not essential
- Experience in Sitecore CMS
- Experience in Dell Boomi iPaaS
- Experience with CRM (Pivotal), SharePoint, SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Duck Creek, Salesforce

▪ Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills

▪ Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritise

▪ Firm grasp on Technology Infrastructure and Operations best practice

▪ Experience in identifying business problem areas, manual work and finding IT solutions to address them

▪ Experience in tenders, vendor scoping, management, and negotiations keeping stakeholders’ interests in mind

▪ Advanced English level (verbal and written) Highly regarded

▪ Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Formal Qualifications

▪ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
