**About the Role**:
This position is responsible for being second in charge to the Centre Manager and will effectively handle all facets of operationally running the Miele Experience Centre.

This position will be employed on a full time basis working 37.5 hours a week with no late night trade (except for ad-hoc Experience Centre events) or Sundays required.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Supporting the Centre Manager in all facets of running a successful retail business including operations, leading teams and providing a world class customer experience to each and every customer
- Coaching and developing the team including leading by example and providing feedback to drive a high performing culture
- Setting the benchmark for excellence in consultative sales, exceptional product and system knowledge and customer relationship practices
- In collaboration with the Culinary Team, identify opportunities for cross functional sales and service improvements
- Actively demonstrate company values and behaviours
- Ensure all customer complaints and concerns are resolved and/or escalated where appropriate, ensuring none are left unresolved.
- In conjunction with Experience Centre Manager and Head of Own Retail set, drive and monitor daily/weekly team sales targets in line with business forecasts
- Consistently motivate the team to achieveme both financial and service targets as defined by budgets and KPI’s
- Proactively develop new business opportunities to increase traffic to the Experience Centre and Online Stores in conjunction with the centre manager
- Develop sustainable relationships with local Miele Charter Agencies (MCA’s), business partners, brand associates and local businesses, encouraging and supporting all customer referrals received.
- Ensuring the centre presentation is of the highest standard and maintained in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures and guidelines

- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to use different systems including POS, MS Office, CRMs
