**About the role**

As Portfolio Leasing Manager, you’ll lead the strategic management of TAFE NSW’s property leasing portfolio, overseeing leases, licences, agreements, and related systems to maximise asset value and performance. You bring a strong technical foundation and hands-on leadership experience, enabling you to build high-performing teams and foster a culture where people feel empowered to excel.

This role demands a deep understanding of legislative, governance, and commercial frameworks to ensure leasing activities are compliant and aligned with organisational goals. With a customer-first mindset and a sharp strategic lens, you’ll drive both commercial and community-focused outcomes, while providing expert advice that supports senior executives and long-term success.

There may be occasional travel as a part of this role.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in property, valuation, land economics or related discipline or equivalent significant experience managing leasing and portfolio management of diverse property portfolio.
