At the moment we have ongoing initiatives at different stages of maturity, but there are always new initiatives to take on. - Doing whatever it takes to make people succeed is in your DNA - you love strategic initiatives to improve culture but you also aren't afraid to roll your sleeves up and do the little things that give people a better experience. - You love working closely with driven, passionate people - everyone on our team lives and breathes excellence in their field WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS - Experience working in a similar People and Culture role where you are looking after the end-to-end employee journey. From talent acquisition to onboarding and contracts, training, development, recognition, daily people operations - Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment activities (from qualifying CVs, to taking initial calls, arranging interviews and follow-ups, digital headhunting...) - The ability to build great relationships with stakeholders and internal teams. - Tech savviness and the ability to manage our HRIS tools used to manage our People and Culture activities (ConnX, Seek, Canva and MS Office Suite). - The ability to drive our digital and social employee value proposition for the whole group. - Something a bit unique you can bring to help us keep growing Sci-Fleet Motors will offer you: - A competitive remuneration package - Supportive management team & great workplace culture If you love cake, this might be the perfect fit for you - Sci-Fleet Motors is an Equal Opportunity Employer._
