**About the Role**

We are looking to significantly grow several product lines, and our mid-market and corporate cyber portfolio are in focus. The Head of Cyber role will be critical to the success of these bold growth plans. The role will lead this product initiative by developing the cyber underwriting strategy in collaboration with our carriers and recruiting an underwriting team.
DUAL is an established underwriting business and has an existing cyber presence. In this role you will be supported by an experienced and global underwriting business. This global reach will support growth opportunities.

**About You**

This role requires someone with a strong market presence and experience in senior cyber underwriting or broking roles. While this role will have a considerable external market presence, it will be equally important to have the skills to lead and grow a team, providing them with training and guidance.
This role will be integral in managing DUAL’s relationships with carriers that are based in London. It’s important that our Head of Cyber can develop and manage strategies in conjunction with carriers
It will be important to have a long-term vision and be driven to achieve not only significant growth, but sustainable growth.
