**Restaurant Supervisor (2IC)**

We are looking for someone to support our Manager in leading our youthful and energetic team at our flagship Northern Beaches venue.

This is an epic Beach Burrito venue that offers brilliant potential for right person ready to join this high volume, successful restaurant day to day as well as assist the Manager in coordinating events, live music and festivals we take part in.

You will need to have an interest in and willingness to learn the 'business' side of Hospitality, along with the drive to work hard and gel with a team of rockstars.

**What you bring**:

- 2 years hospitality experience
- Strong appreciation of music, art and board sports culture
- Solid understanding of great customer service
- Sharp wit and good banter
- An open mind and out of the box thinker
- Are a local to Dee Why or close by

**Key Tasks include**:

- Assisting in managing the day to day operations of the venue
- Leading and motivating FOH & BOH staff and other management
- Stock control and ordering assistance (under Manager)
- Ensuring house service standards and policies are maintained to a high level
- Exceeding customer expectations through first class effortless customer service
- Supervising the team
- Learning, understanding and assisting in achieving labour, sales and all other KPI targets

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
