Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be a key part of the leadership team and be responsible for the commercial and financial management of the organisation. The role will include carrying primary responsibility for all financial, accounting, tax, contractual, risk, and governance functions. As a partner to the CEO, you will implement effective commercial management, drive financing strategies, undertake financial planning and reporting and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
As a leader in the organisation, you will coordinate and manage effective working relationships with external professional advisors and be expected to foster a proactive team culture which looks to continuously improve processes. To complement your strong technical financial skills, you will be highly adept at influencing others. Your commercial acumen and your ability to build strong collaborative working relationships to negotiate outcomes which enhance operational and strategic decisions will be first rate.
