Boilermaker - Heavy Metal

Our client is located in St Marys NSW has specialised in steel fabrication for over 40 years and offers a wide variety of services to the Construction, Mining, Automotive and Manufacturing Industries.

We are seeking a self-motivated Fabricator / Boilermaker Trades-person to fill a full-time position in our medium to heavy fabrication business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- General fabrication for large variety of projects
- Ensuring standard of work is of high quality and completed in a timely manner
- Undertake general housekeeping duties within the workshop environment
- Adhere to WHS policies and procedures

**To be successful in this role, you will have**
- Certificate IV in Engineering (Heavy Fabrication) or a similar trade
- Interpret detailed drawings
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Access to own vehicle or reliable methods of transport
- Current Australian driver’s license

**Additional skills that are seen as desirable include**
- Forklift license
- High risk work license
- Dogging, Rigging, Scaffolding and Elevated Work Platform tickets
- Confined space ticket
- Working at height ticket
- Site installation and maintenance experience
- MR Drivers Licence
