**Your Role**

Reporting to the Client Services Team Leader, you will take a hands on involvement as the first point of contact with our high-profile clients and other key stakeholders of the business as the face of the firm.

Your everyday tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively and communicating effectively with another Receptionist to ensure a seamless transfer of information so that both parties are able to provide the same high level service- Liaising with staff regarding room bookings, catering options, audio visual and any other requirements- Meeting and greeting clients and staff and providing them with a highly professional experience- Enter meeting room bookings and associated catering requirements into EMS booking system with a keen eye for detail- Work with key stakeholders to supply information and update their event bookings- Effectively and efficiently communicate booking changes to the wider Client Services team- Maintain the Reception Inbox and action all tasks quickly and efficiently- Manage communication and triage tasks and requests over multiple platforms; MS Teams, Outlook and in-person- Monthly administration tasks including, processing invoices, catering reports and Concur

**More About You**- Experience in a corporate Receptionist role would be highly regarded- A passion for providing exceptional service- An ability to remain calm under pressure and easily adapt to last minute changes- A strong commitment to teamwork- Immaculate grooming and personal presentation- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to liaise with all levels- A keen eye for detail and a 'surprise and delight' attitude- First Aid Certificate or Warden experience would be a bonus
