**About the role**- Setting up, and packing down events as per clients’ needs- Providing quality and compassionate service to all guests- Serving and preparing Beverages as per in-house menus and specs- Serving Food and engaging with guests about the food menus and food products

**Skills & experience**- Sound knowledge of Event Operations, Food & Beverage, and Customer Service.- Love for Hospitality and Guest satisfaction- Outstanding communication skills- Demonstrated experience in a similar role- The ability to work under pressure in one of Sydney’s busiest kitchens- Passion for culinary excellence- Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills- Team player- Sound knowledge of current food trends- Able to multi-task and work autonomously at times
