**About the Role**

We are currently hiring for positions in the beauty and retail departments. If you are reliable, dedicated, and passionate about building a career with us, we want to hear from you As a valued team member, you will have the chance to engage with our community and provide personalised solutions that enhance our customers' experience while working in a brand-new store

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, to meet our customers' needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with their beauty needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Point of Sale**: Manage transactions efficiently and promote our Sister Club loyalty program.
- **Beauty Support**: Offer guidance on selecting and using our range of beauty products.
- **Merchandising**: Create product displays that draw customers in and support promotional activities.
- **Shop Appearance**: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-stocked for our customers.
- **Inventory Control**: Assist with ordering, stock-taking, and replenishment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively within a supportive team and participate in training sessions.

- Possess a passion for beauty
- Retail & customer service experience preferred
