**About your new job**:
This is a permanent part-time, two-day-a-week position based at Muswellbrook Community Health Service, working within a small team of social workers in a supportive and collaborative environment. Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multiagency teams, you will provide therapeutic intervention and support to young parents and families under the age of 25 years. Our goal is to strengthen support networks, relationships, and interventions within the communities where these young parents reside, with the aim of reducing risk and improving outcomes for these families.

**What we can offer you**:

- You will be supported by the Senior Social Worker as a direct line manager (who is also based at Muswellbrook).
- You will also have support from the Singleton based YPSW and wider YPSW network.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW)
