- This position is based in Muswellbrook NSW
- 50hours per fortnight
- maximum term leave coverage opportunity from March 2025 until April 2026

**What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience working in the sector preferred.
- Experience in actively supporting people with a disability
- Experience working with complex and challenging behaviours, supporting to attend to medical appointments and complete all required documentation, ability to use initiative, work collaboratively, achieve individual and team goals.
- Ability to build rapport and positive relationships with clients, families, stakeholders and fellow team members, expertise and efficiency with MS office software

**About you**
- Certificate III Individual Support is desirable
- Be open to having conversations & be a good listener, without judgement
- Show initiative & think outside the box
- Empower participants you support
- 'Do With' not 'Do For'
- Complete a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid and have a valid driver’s licence.
- Able to work a Rotating roster including some weekends and sleep over night shifts.
