**Looking for**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction to the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, administrative staff, and other personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve the practice's goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational mission and values.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management activities, optimizing financial performance while maintaining cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care delivery, implementing measures to continuously improve clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements, staying abreast of industry changes and implementing necessary updates and training.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing ongoing education, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness and professional growth.
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the practice facility, including equipment, supplies, and infrastructure, to create a safe and conducive environment for patients and staff.
- Foster positive relationships with patients and their families, addressing concerns or complaints promptly and implementing service improvements based on feedback.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline administrative processes, enhance patient care delivery, and improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Represent the practice within the local community, participating in networking events, health fairs, and outreach initiatives to promote healthcare services and community wellness.

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Medical Practice Executive) preferred
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Financial acumen and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

**Job Type & Salary**:

- This position entails full-time employment.
- The base salary will be AUD 70,000 - AUD 80,000.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
