**The Role**

An opportunity has become available for a motivated individual who wants to commence their career in the heavy automotive industry. This will require you to complete a formal traineeship as a Service Advisor, over a 24 month period. During this time, you will be responsible for completing units of competency through our RTO, as well as extensive on the job training.

In this role you will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between Truck Centre and our clients for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the Service Counter to the Workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this position, you will need to be a hard working individual who strives to meet the needs of our customer's expectations on all occasions.
