**Job Description**:

- The _
- Strategy Data Analyst_
- provides technical input to the development and on-going improvement of asset maintenance strategies across _
- Client _
- Plant assets._
- They will also support the Reliability, Planning and Execution functions through implementation of optimised and innovative solutions associated with new and/or existing technologies, business systems and processes. The position will assist in asset master data standardisation._
- Technical Capabilities:_
- _ Engineering (Mech/Elec) or Trade qualification complimented with post-trade training and experience in a related industry._
- _ 6-8 Years Experience_
- _ A strong Maintenance Planning background would be advantageous_
- _ Use of SAP, particularly related to Plant Maintenance._
- _ Excel and VBA/SQL programming knowledge is desirable_
- _ Experience in data analysis techniques_
- Key Areas of Responsibility:_

- will perform the following duties:_
- _ Promotes and advocates for the development and implementation of Asset Management Master Data best practices._
- _ Positively support the culture to ensure a safe, productive, quality, sustainable and disciplined approach to work._
- _ Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication, feedback and consultation._
- _ Coach and mentor team members to deliver on plan and build a high performing team._
- _ Accept accountability for performance by ensuring quality of tasks, services and advice._
- _ Support continuous improvement of systems and processes that are core to enabling effectiveness and efficiency._
- _ Support best practice through use of functional systems, monitoring key performance measures and sustaining continuous improvement processes._
- _ Engages key site stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges regarding the Master Data._
- _ Assist the operations in identifying and implementing initiatives that contribute to current and potential value to the business from a Maintenance Planning perspective, ensuring compliance to the Change Management Procedure._
- _ Support work management master data integrity, ensure data and strategies are maintained in accordance with business requirements, focussing on accuracy, quality and standardisation._
- _ Support operations, maintenance planning and execution functions through the development, deployment and review of maintenance strategies for assets._
- _ Facilitates workshops, focus group discussion and one-on-one sessions with key site stakeholders to gather information to build the Master data._
- _ Build and update task lists and work plans that contains all the required information required to safely and effectively carry out the maintenance tasks which includes operations, sequencing, resources, materials, support equipment, duration and other elements according to the relevant Standards._
- _ Utilises various tools and templates to support the development of quality standard the Master Data._
- _ Manages the Master Data update requirements to ensure SAP data integrity is maintained_
- _ Supports site Work Management planners on the release of new or improved work plans._
- _ Effectively communicate improvements across all levels of the work force through various mediums._
