**The opportunity**:
Come on board as we grow our new division of Dual Occupancy Developments. This diverse role provides exposure to a wide variety of clients including developers, investors and multi-generational families. Our interior designers work closely with our customers to gain an understanding of their lifestyle, design requirements and budget to ensure they make selections to best suit their wants and needs. For Dual Occupancy Developments this can take into consideration resale and rental build requirements.

The role involves documenting customer selections including; materials, finishes and colours, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, and other interior features.

This is a full-time position with a roster that includes weekends. It is predominantly located at our Docklands office, however, there will be some travel to Geelong and other Victorian locations.

Accountabilities include:

- Customer selection appointments
- Design interviews and developing design briefs
- Assist customers in understanding house plans, including façade and elevations
- Showroom presentation
- Develop product knowledge of materials, display homes and trends

**About you**:
You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer experience and will have a proven ability in undertaking an Interior Design position.

Your resume will display the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Minimum Diploma of Interior Design
- Passion and enthusiasm for colour, design, home building and interiors
- The ability to deliver an awesome customer experience
- Proactively build collaborative relationships
- Relentless when faced with challenges
- Excellent listening skills
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
- Keen sense of fun
- Whilst not essential, experience with local Councils and Planners would be advantageous
