Our Host Employer is a family owned and operated dealership that has been servicing the Central Coast since 1967 offering their customers the most extensive range of New and Pre-Owned Vehicles.

They are the largest new and Pre-Owned vehicle dealer on the Central Coast.

The Team are friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and honest and are committed to supplying their customers with the right products, service and advice the first time, every time

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED...**
- Professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is desirable

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING..**

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:06pm, with the potential for over-time, your duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Answering & redirecting calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients & tea/coffee
- General admin duties such as filing
- Submitting & closing warranty claims
- Booking appointments for services
- Liaising with sales staff & technician

As part of this Traineeship, you will be PAID to study a Certificate III in Business through ON THE JOB Training over a period of 12 months
