Cafe Manager

We have an exciting position available for an experienced Café Manager with Roasting skills to take on a varied and exciting position.

You will be responsible for directly managing our flagship café, as well as supervising managers at our three other sites.

Your responsibilities will include,
- Weekly rosters
- Staff recruitment and training
- Regular barista work
- Quality control of coffee roasting
- Food menu development
- Manage ordering and delivery of stock
- Identify problems in café performance and find solutions
- Collating and presenting weekly and monthly financials to business owners

You will require the following skills / experience to apply:

- Minimum two years’ experience in management of a Café or Restaurant
- High quality Barista skills
- Coffee Roasting and Cupping knowledge / skills
- Experience with staff recruitment and training
- Analysing, collating, and presenting financial information
- Highly developed coffee skills and knowledge (including coffee roasting) is essential to secure this position.

**Salary**: $72,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
