From day one, you will be a valuable part of our team of consultants and will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation assistance to our Sage Intacct and Sage X3 partners resulting in successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction of partner implementations.
You will work closely and liaison with colleagues from the sales team, support consultants, and product management in order to develop the best solutions for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality responses to assistance requests raised by partners during the implementation of Sage X3 and Intacct.
- Build and maintain certification across the Sage X3 product suite.
- Build and maintain competency across the Sage Intacct product suite.
- Build competency in the integration tools that can be used by partners to meet specific customer needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with Sage X3 and Intacct partners to discuss existing projects and any items that the partner may need assistance with.
- With the release of new product features into the region, build capability and understanding of the impact on customer business needs.
- Provide thought leadership around the use of Sage products and integration platforms to meet unique customer needs.
- Publish articles to the Sage communities on product usage, implementation, and unique requirement delivery.

Skills, know-how and experience:

- The ability to work autonomously in challenging customer environments - taking ownership for challenges and identifying solutions and workarounds.
- Ability to engage with partners and understand customer requirements.
- Results-oriented, deadline driven and highly organised.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience delivering independently ERP project implementation outcomes across the following project deliverables.
