At Eden Academy, our centre is a special place designed to nurture young minds and hearts, and designed to feel like a home away from home.

Operating from 6:30am to 6:30pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for children to explore, grow, and thrive.

**About you**:
You’re a dedicated Educator with a passion for providing high-quality care in an inclusive and supportive environment.
You’ll play a vital role in delivering engaging programs that empower children as independent learners. Through meaningful interactions and thoughtful conversations, you’ll help develop their inquisitive minds, laying a strong foundation for their learning journey with us.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A **Certificate III** or **Diploma in Early Childhood Education** or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
- A current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Australian Working Rights
- A professional and friendly personal presentation
- Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
- A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
- Availability to work Monday to Friday and across all shift patterns
- **MUST** have own transport and flexibility to travel between our Pascoe Vale, Oak Park, Delahey and Doreen centres
