Location: Wyndham Vale, VIC
Licensed Capacity: 124 places
Hourly Rate: $35.35 - $43.54 (WT 2.1 - 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and adaptable Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple age groups, support the daily routines, and provide engaging learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the delivery of educational programs across different rooms- Supporting children’s development and wellbeing through play-based learning- Adapting quickly to different teams and routines as needed- Building positive, trusting relationships with families and colleagues- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies

What You’ll Need- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)- Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF- Flexibility to cover shifts between 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday- A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to adapt
