**About The Role**

TTI is currently seeking an Applications Support Analyst, to join our team at our newly renovated offices in Notting Hill. This is a permanent full-time role offering a hybrid work model.

**Reporting directly to the Applications Support Manager you day to day duties will include**:

- Responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets submitted through an incident management system
- Troubleshoot and escalate alerts that cannot be resolved to appropriate section
- Prioritise and handle service requests and incidents
- Progress issues and provide relevant information for troubleshooting or for clarification
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Work collaboratively with other IT Teams on change requests, managing issues and establishing priorities

**About YOU**

**In addition, we are seeking the following**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or in a related technical or business area.
- Experience in working with ServiceNow, Esker, Appian will be an advantage but not essential
- Production Support, implementation and system management experience
- Strong Presentation and training skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Organisation and people skills with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, multitask, and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
