**Role Overview**:
As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our engineering and project teams. You’ll assist in preparing, implementing, and monitoring technical plans while ensuring the highest quality standards and efficiency in all project phases.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist engineers in preparing project specifications, plans, and designs.
- Conduct site surveys and gather data to support project planning and execution.
- Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and cost estimates for civil works.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Provide technical support for on-site problem-solving and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Support quality assurance measures, including inspecting materials and workmanship.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or associate degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in civil construction or related projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing tools.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
