**The Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and seasoned **Executive Housekeeper** to work within our housekeeping department. The successful applicant will have prior management experience in Housekeeping preferably in a large 5-star establishment and be able to demonstrate leadership qualities, high standards and commitment to The Tasman service ethics.

**About the Role**
- Responsible for the overall operation of the housekeeping operations ensuring associates are trained, engaged and motivated and all work is undertaken in line with budget requirements
- Monitor and review Quality Standards for the department
- Purchase operational supplies as required within budget and outlook
- Preparation of cleaning schedules and staff rostering
- Completion of monthly stock takes

**About You**
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar role is essential
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skills
- High levels of organizational and planning skills
- Proven experience leading and coaching a team and building a strong culture
- Rigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to details
- Integrity and professional
- Experience with a variety of hotel systems
- Full working rights in Australia
